What PayoutScout is
PayoutScout audits TikTok Shop settlement data you provide and produces findings reports and evidence packets citing TikTok's published policies. You file all claims yourself, in your own Seller Center. We prepare evidence; we do not act on your account, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to TikTok.
Pricing
- The audit is free. If we find nothing, you owe nothing.
- If you recover money based on our findings, our fee is 20% of the amount actually recovered — invoiced after the recovery lands in your payouts, not before.
- No subscriptions or hidden fees in the audit service.
What we don't promise
- We can't guarantee any finding will be recovered — TikTok decides claims on its own timelines and policies.
- Findings are grounded in TikTok's published policies as of your transaction dates; platforms change policies, and a finding is our best documented reading, not a legal determination.
- PayoutScout provides settlement analysis, not legal, tax, or accounting advice. For those, talk to your professional.
Your responsibilities
- Only send data for shops you own or are authorized to act for.
- Filing claims and any statements you make to TikTok are yours; use our packets honestly.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayoutScout's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you actually paid us.
