Export your statements in ~30 seconds

What we need for your free audit: your settlement workbook(s), exported by you, from your own Seller Center.

Step 1

Open Finances in Seller Center

Log in to TikTok Shop Seller Center → left menu → Finances → Statements (on some accounts this appears under Payouts).

Step 2

Pick the date range — 90 days is ideal

Select the last 90 days if you can. Why so much? Clawbacks and refunds post to later statements than the original order — a single statement is structurally blind to the most common errors.

Step 3

Export

Click Export. You'll get an Excel workbook (.xlsx) with several sheets — order details, statements, and (for recent periods) reserve details. Don't edit it; we want it exactly as TikTok produced it.

Step 4

Email it to us

Reply to our email — or write to [email protected] — with the file(s) attached. Findings come back within 48 hours.

What's in the file? Financial columns only: order IDs, SKUs, amounts, dates, fee types. No customer names or addresses — and our engine ignores anything customer-adjacent anyway (privacy). We never need your login.

Notes: exports cover statements from Jan 2024 onward in the current format; older periods appear as "Archived" and aren't needed. If your export looks different from what's described, send it anyway — we'll take a look.
