What we collect
When you request an audit, you email us your TikTok Shop settlement export (an XLSX workbook). From it, our engine reads financial columns only: order IDs, SKU IDs, amounts, dates, fee types, and adjustment reasons. We also keep your email address so we can reply with your report.
What we never collect
- Your TikTok password or login — we never ask, and you should never send it.
- Customer names, addresses, or any customer personal information. If your export contains customer-adjacent fields, they are ignored and stripped at ingestion.
- Payment card details.
How your data is handled
- Your files are used for exactly one purpose: producing your audit report. We don't sell, share, or use your data to build datasets.
- Files are stored privately and never enter any public system.
- Want your data deleted? Email [email protected] and we'll delete your files and confirm within 7 days.
The website
This site is static and sets no tracking cookies. It's hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which logs standard web requests (IP, user agent) per Cloudflare's privacy policy. Fonts load from Google Fonts.
